Some of our favorite songs include one about the
unconditional love between parent and child, Forever and Ever by Fred
Koch; I'm Not Tired performed and written by one of our favorite children's
musicians, Ralph Covert of Ralph's World; and the title track, Hear and Gone,
that introduces the "fast" nature of each song on the album. Many of
the children's recording artists we feature on the Review Corner are featured
artists on Hear and Gone in 60 Seconds, including Justin Roberts (who sings the
fabulous "More than a Minute" in...a minute), Jessica Harper, and
Katherine Dines.
If you are looking for
musical diversity, you will certainly find it on this recording that will also
serve well as a sampler of talent. Less energetic folk might get a little dizzy,
but most will thoroughly enjoy this outstanding concept album.
