Featuring: Mae Robertson and Eric Garrison
Sweet Dreams of Home is a collection of songs celebrating love of home and
family. The vocals of Mae Robertson are wonderfully soft and comforting.
This CD features a collection of heart-warming contemporary folk songs. The
title song is written by Eric Garrison. Garrison also produced the album and
played the mandolin and guitar. Along with Mae Robertson's soothing vocals,
a number of special guests such as John McCutcheon and Tom Paxton are featured
in some of the songs.
From the lovely rendition of Graham Nash's "Our House", to the heartwarming
original title track, this collection of songs will fill families with good
feelings. "Driving Home" reminds us to "slow down, what's the hurry?"
and "Sweet Dreams of Home" talks of loving memories of the home as a "gift
given to me the day I was born". People young and old will appreciate the
soothing music and lyrics.
Mae Robertson has recorded two award-winning lullaby collections entitled
All Through the Night and The Sun Upon the Lake Is Low. Eric
Garrison has recorded three albums for China Moon.
